We typically complete needs analysis and content development within 2–3 weeks for standard programs. For urgent requirements, we can fast-track delivery. Long-term programs naturally take longer to design and schedule.
Yes — we deliver training anywhere in India. Travel and accommodation costs for trainers are charged separately for outstation programs. We also offer fully virtual and blended delivery with no location constraints.
We work with groups from 10 to 200+ participants. For very small groups (under 10), we recommend open house programs or executive coaching, which tend to be more cost-effective.
We use pre-training assessments to establish a baseline, participant feedback post-training, manager assessments at 30/60/90 days, and behavioral tracking through our client portal. Long-term programs include full ROI reports comparing before and after metrics.
